Adecco Human Resources is recruiting a Customer Care Assistant

Do you enjoy helping customers and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? We are looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join a dynamic team, where you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting daily operations.

What will you do?

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently;
Handle customer requests and provide timely support;
Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner;
Monitor deliveries and follow up with transport partners when necessary;
Identify and escalate issues to the relevant teams;
Build positive relationships with customers by ensuring a high level of service.

What are we looking for?

Immediate availability (mandatory);
Residence close to the company location or own transportation (mandatory);
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude;
Good customer service orientation;
Medium level of English (B2) (mandatory);
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (mandatory);
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Problem-solving mindset and empathy when dealing with customers.

What do we offer?

Base salary National Minimum Wage;
Meal allowance 10.20 per working day;
Working schedule 0900 to 1830, with a 1h30 lunch break (1300 to 1430);
